With 2,000 researchers, 1,500 PhD students (of which half are international students), about 1,000 research agreements concluded each year and a research budget of over 80 million euros, research, conducted in close collaboration with the business world, the public sector and international organisations, is a true driving force behind UCL’s activities.
UCL proposes a variety of services to society and the academic community through 3 science parks (Louvain-la-Neuve, Brussels, Seneffe) and 2 university hospitals (Saint-Luc Brussels and Mont-Godinne).
