Facilitating healthcare institutions in successful implementation of innovations and roll out of improvement programs, combining ‘technical’ improvement hand-in-hand with transition of culture and attitudes within the organization.
We operate based on evidence-based programs and strategy. In particular the practical care process redesign & team-training strategy toolkit named ‘Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety (TeamSTEPPS) program, the American standard for implementation of innovation and healthcare quality programs (Dutch version: TeamSHOPP). With our evidence based approach we:
(1) aim to facilitate provider communication and teamwork by optimizing information exchange, situational monitoring, leadership, team structure, and mutual support;
(2) integrate didactic lecture with practice scenarios and tools designed to support effective teamwork in daily care; and
(3) provide a comprehensive strategy for organizational change management, including project planning and organizational assessment tools, methods to enhance executive engagement, evaluation tools and business intelligence approaches.
