The GenoTranscriptomics platform works on the study of the whole genome of a cell or an organism and on the characterization of the cellular genes expression under experimental or pathological conditions.

GIGA-GenoTranscriptomics offers services from sequencing (conventional sequencing or high throughput) to analysis of gene expression. Our Two sequencers of the new generation constitute a unique opportunity to analyse a huge amount of nucleic acid sequence very quickly.
