ConsumersVoice is available for every company (food or non-food) who wants to improve his market opportunities of his (new) product or service or want to exploit new markets.


We offer insight and inspiration to product developers and marketers of innovative products or services. Innovation is the transformation of an idea into a product or services which create added value for the customer. From the very early stages of development to the marketing insights are necessary. The development process can be made more effectively and efficiently by integrating the end users in the process. Depending on the needs of the client ConsumersVoice provides an evaluating, stimulating or inspiring voice. Together with the client ConsumersVoice defines the research goals and chooses the appropriate research method(s).

Our methods cover the entire development process, and are deployed in the strategy formation, the development of concepts or in the assessment of concepts through usability testing. Usability testing reveals the interaction between the user and the product and delivers tangible evidence what the product or service is missing.We have also our own consumer panel which can be used if desired.




ConsumersVoice is based in Den Bosch (Noord-Brabant) and founded three years ago as a start-up of TNO Research.
